So, I just compiled the last bit of the song “Can you feel the love tonight?” in various languages.

I am sorry that if I translated wrong in some of the versions. I just put down what some translators said. On that note, the translation may seem weird in english but will make sense in the other.

*** I noticed that I messed up on the Croatian version by putting “carries” twice, it should say, “and carry the two souls.” or something like that.

“Forever Young” has become something of a pop culture standard. Originally written and recorded by Alphaville in 1984. Just a year after the song’s initial release, pop singer Laura Branigan covered “Forever Young” on her 1985 album “Hold Me”. Never released as a single for Laura Branigan but became a huge favorite to her fans and she began a tradition of performing the song as an encore at her concerts.

It has been performed by numerous musical groups and in different versions and has appeared in television series, movies, and advertisements. The song plays during scenes in the television series Passions, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (episode 103: “Underage Drinking: A National Concern”), the North American version of Queer as Folk (season 1, episode 18), and One Tree Hill (season 4, episode 16). It also plays in the movie Listen to Me and during the school dance scene of the 2004 film Napoleon Dynamite. In 2006 and 2007 the song was used in advertisements for the Scandinavian banks SEB in Sweden and Nordea in Denmark. It also appeared in prom-themed advertisements for Saturn ION automobiles.

In 1996 the Canadian Eurodance group Temperance released a cover version of the song which reached number 8 on the Canadian Dance Chart. Idol 2006 contestant Sara Burnett performed “Forever Young” on the Swedish television show. Her performance qualified her for the show’s top 10 and appears on the soundtrack Det bästa från idol 2006 (The best from Idol 2006). Other artists to have covered “Forever Young” in the years since its original release include the Countdown Singers, DJ Space C, David Monte Cristo, DJ Company, Dune, BnH, Emil Wakin Chau, Fire & Ice, Interactive, Waterboy, Ella, Tune Up!, Youth Group and Axel Rudi Pell. In 2001 Swedish group Ainbusk re-wrote the song in their native language as an existential Christmas carol titled “Förevigt nu”. And most recently Cash Cash who made the song into nothing more than a cheap same thumping sound dance song that you hear in the clubs, and the rap artist Jay-Z who used the medley and the chrous and called it his own. In my opinion Alphaville, Laura Branigan and Youth Group kept it true to how the song was meant to be performed.

Anyways *cough*, I was talking to my great friend about ideas and she showed me this wonderful song called “Ice”, saying it would be perfect for Buzz’s Demo mode. And my reaction, of course, was OMG YOU’RE TOTALLY RIGHT I HAVE TO DO IT. And so I’ve been ditching online gaming sessions with my boyfriend and putting my heart into this very little video. Here’s to you, pal!

As you know, there aren’t many clips of Buzz being cold to Jessie (gee I wonder why? btw: did anyone notice that cute part, when they first think of getting thrown away, where Jessie begins to panic and Buzz has the cutest, most worried look on his face and adorably says “we’ll be fine Jessie!”? He isn’t subtle, at all XD Aw Buzzy, I’m sure you’d be heartbroken if you knew about your Demo mode) so this video is pretty small.

If you’re enjoying these videos as much as I enjoy making them, you’ll probably be glad to know I’ve got three more ideas, but I doubt I’ll be materializing all of them.

Anyway, after all this ranting I would like to know your opinions about two things: which of these songs do you like the most and would like to see in my next “Bessie” video? “Smother me” by The Used or “Your Guardian Angel” by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus?
Also, I’m thinking of entering the TS video contest by iloveserverussnape349; should I wait for my next vid or do you already have a favorite you’d advise me to enter? ^^

I’d like to thank you all for your wonderful feedback so far, you’re amazin’ =D I hope you enjoy this video, I’m aware that it probably isn’t as good as my first one, but it was REALLY tough to make the clips follow the lyrics on this one, so I kinda just went with it. It’s basically what I think went through Jessie’s mind when she was trapped in that cage with Buzz on guard all night.

Oh, and by the way, the brighter scenes are supposed to be flashbacks; memories. I’m aware that the “holding hands” part happens after Buzz being in demo mode, but let’s pretend it doesn’t, ok?
